Societal norms had us all keeping our love for plant medicine a secret or behind closed doors. Through our work at SGGH, both personally & professionally, we've helped challenge the social stigmas & have had the honor of playing our part to pioneer a movement in embracing the magic of plant healing through clothing, content & community.
At SGGH, our designs & digital content come straight from our heart. It’s deeper than getting high & it’s more than clothing. It’s about implementing healing, creativity, peace, & raising the vibration of the collective in our everyday life. MOON SESH
Meditation is key to self-discovery, transformation & accesses HIGHer states of being. At SGGH, we believe in the numerous benefits of meditation, & what we call, Spiritual Fitness. Your mental, physical, spiritual, & emotional wellbeing is so important, & we are passionate about helping you find "space" to connect & strengthen your awareness & access to your INNER-being, your Higher Self, your multidimensional Self.
With that in mind, we were called to start a Free virtual Wellness Event- Moon Sesh. Every New Moon & Full Moon we come together in celebration, meditation & Cosmic conversation. Whether you are new to meditation or have a strong daily practice, this series is motivation for ALL.
